The “Little Black Dress” was the women’s favorite at the 2010 Gotham Awards

The annual Gotham awards were already on its 20th year of honoring independent filmmakers who excel in their endeavor of showcasing their skills and talents in the film industry. Also, actors and actresses were also awarded for their critically-acclaimed performances for their distinct roles in the films. The awarding night happened at the busy street of Cipriani, Wall Street on November 29, 2010 in New York City.
Not only their garnered awards and commendations made the night glitter but what lit in the red carpet the most are the women who dazzled as they pose in similar black dresses

Winona Ryder is a beautiful villain princess in that balloony strapless Dolce & Gabbana black gown, paired with black pointy heels perfect as a cocktail dresses.

Actress Hilary Swank seems to regress back on her 20’s in that lacy little Emillio Pucci black dress. And oh! She really had a pair of long and “wow” legs. Gotham gives tribute to Hillary for her commendable career in the movie industry.

 
This “Good Wife’s  star Julianna Margulies showed that she really is a good exemplar wife as she wore a simple cut black which is also perfect as a homecoming dress.

 

 Amber Tamblyn looked cute and bubbly as she posed in the red carpet in her simple black draped v-neck dress.

The controversial Rosie Perez opted for a sexy haltered all black dress.

 
Still blooming in her 40’s, Actress Julianne Moore looks sultry in that flowery printed black mini Lanvin dress paired with opaque black tights.
