When you’re a “Dancing with the Stars” fan, you definitely know Julianne Hough. Julianne Hough is not just another pretty face in Hollywood but certainly a beauty with talent.
She was then the mainstay of the popular dance show and was tagged by ABC as one of the “very dancers on the planet." Not only that God bestowed Julianne with such superb dancing skills to the tune of salsa, meringue and other sexy dances, He showered hr with a magnificent voice that made her one of the best country music singers that debuted an album which hit the Billboard Chart at #1 just a couple of days after releasing.
And now, news have spread that this young lady has left her ballroom dancing for now, (hopefully not for good) and will prove to the crowd that she can not only dance and sing, but definitely can act.
Julianne’s major movie break is indeed a major break for an aspiring actress like her, because she will be teaming up with none other than Tom Cruise in her first ever film “Rock of Ages”
The pretty dancer-turned-country-singer-turned-actress was overjoyed by this amazing turnaround of her career and was bedazzled by her leading man’s attitude.
Julianne Hough has definitely left her ballroom days behind.
“He was so great, We sat there, talked about the script. I’m excited because what everybody’s been saying about him is he’s the hardest working person you’ll ever meet. He’s so invested in it. Nobody will work harder.. and to me, I love that adrenaline of having to keep up with somebody. For me, it’s like, ‘Oh! This is gonna be so fun.”Julianne said.
We will surely miss her awesome moves and of course her cute and sexy gala dresses like the ones below:

The prestigious Grammy Awards just happened and as always the dresses that celebrities donned in that night is expectedly one of the much anticipated part. Fashion enthusiasts, paparazzis and fans were in the look out on what their favorite stars will wear and definitely there will always be those that can be tagged as best dressed and worst dressed celebrities of the night.
Train dresses seemed to be the motif of the Grammy’s as most gorgeous women fashionistas were all spotted wearing gowns in different colors but were all with simple train.
Here they are!
Kathy Perry as A Cute Winged Fairy. I can’t describe her as an angel because the dress is so sexy and provocative for an angel right? But for a winged fairy that’s quite cute to look at. Kathy was next to Lady Gaga for an eye-cathing red carpet entrance in a white chiffon plus size formal wear with sexy glittering top and a cute wing.

Rihanna never misses to impress people for her every red carpet outfits. This heavenly white ruffled see through gown with simple train made her one of the best dressed female celebrities of the night.
Natasha Bedingfield seemed to bring us to the 70’s era with that gorgeous floral blue prom dress and a cute Marilyn Monroe hairdo.

Melanie Fiona graces the red carpet in one of the simplest yet made the wowed the crowd because she looked like a Greek Goddess in that silvery flowing dress with just a fine length train.

Kim Kardashian as expected looked sultry and chic in every piece of dress she donned but it seems she and Heide Klum agreed to wear an almost twin cut dress in glittering gold with sexy back.

A rock star and a pop star! Although they have different music genres, Cindy Lauper and Lea Michelle somehow meet their similarity in the color and cut of dresses they both wore at the Grammy’s. They equally looked stunningly chic in that black dresses showing off their beautiful stems!

How to Be a Homecoming Diva

Tip #1:  Simple = Fashionable

Among the anticipated events in a girls' life is Homecoming.  It is considered the least formal affair of all school dances as compared to prom and winter formal, so going all decked out in ruffles, bows, and tulle may be a little off-beat.  This fall, think less is more! Try looking for a dress that is subtle and simple, and stick to a monotone pattern with bits of embellishments. Make an impression with your great fashion sense, not with a multitude of bells and whistles!

Tip #2:  Color Speaks Volumes

Incorporating color is the key. Fall is all about jeweled tones, so black and white just won't do! Bright bold colors like deep purple, magenta, blue (from royal to teal), canary yellow, olive, celery green, rustic orange red, and kelly green are dominating the casual market and making their way into evening wear. Alongside this jeweled color trend are metallics.  So also keep your eye out for silver and gold dresses, shoes, and accessories.

Tip #3:  Hollywood Knows Best

Donning a celebrity-inspired dress has always been done, and you are assured of looking fabulous (if it’s good enough for Hollywood, it’s good enough for you, right?) – just be emotionally prepared in case another girl shows up in a similar dress!  There’s no shame in duplicating a look, especially a celeb-inspired look since they are fashion icons and trendsetters.  But to avoid feeling like twins, be sure and add your own personal flare to your getup.  You can do so with bold accessories and one-of-a-kind shoes.
Short Stretch Satin Dress with Bra Back Closure. Hannah Montana co-star Emily Osment was a total WOW at the 60th Annual Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards gala in this Faviana dress.

For an added glitz, here's Hautegeneration's jeweled version of Emily Osment's dress

Tip #4:  The Long and Short of It

In previous years, long gowns have been the standard for  school dances, but today is a whole new story. Length is now an option, and short dresses are quickly rising in popularity.  So which should you choose?  If you want to stick with tradition and look classy, and romantic, then aim for a long dress. If you want youthful, fun, and sexy, then a short dress is calling your name. If length does not weigh in on your decision and you’re wavering between both, simply pick whatever looks fabulous on you!

Tip #5:  Hair and Makeup

How you get dolled up and how you complement it with your hairdo can alter your over-all look – it’s amazing what a little eye make-up can do!  But fall season is about simplicity, so there’s no need for that top model look. Ease up on the mascara, foundation, eye shadow, lip liner, etc. and apply makeup that amplifies and defines your natural tones and natural beauty. Remember, the secret to a good makeup application is to look like you’re not wearing any. Start with highlighting your best facial features and work your way down from there (i.e. if you love your lips, wear red lipstick). As for hair, conform with the theme of minimalism – the less time it looks like you spent on it, the better.  Go for loose, careless curls (either cascading down onto your shoulders or twisted into a soft bun), simple straight hair, etc.

So there, now you know how to standout for your big back-to-school celebration! So get that stunning homecoming dresses that's just perfect for you, and make the girls jealous and the boys fall in love! Shop with these tips in mind and enjoy the dance.
